About Us

Welcome to Building Owners and Managers Association of Fort Worth (BOMA Fort Worth). BOMA Fort Worth is federated with BOMA International, the world's largest trade association.

BOMA Fort Worth represents nearly 200 members who are responsible for more than 50 million square feet of commercial real estate in the Tarrant, Denton, Wise, Lubbock, and Wichita counties that represent building owners, professional property management firms, professional service providers (architects, engineers, systems consultants, etc.) and contract service providers in construction, elevator maintenance, cleaning services and others.

As influencers in our trade, BOMA Fort Worth strives to be a place of networking and support for commercial real estate professionals, to deliver timely and topical education that promotes professional development, and to be an increasingly influential voice with our city leaders, state legislators and federal legislators in Washington, D.C. In the past, BOMA Fort Worth has successfully lobbied on a variety of legislative issues affecting the commercial real estate industry.
