COMMITTEES
Participating on committees and task forces provides members opportunities to assist BOMA Fort Worth in
achieving its strategic objectives and program goals. Committees are established to address ongoing issues
affecting the commercial real estate industry. Task Forces are established to deal with specific issues of
limited duration. Committee and task force participation gives members direct involvement in the planning
and execution of BOMA's activities and directives.

Community Service Committee
Assists with Casino party, organize and implement other community events and charitable functions such as Kids at Cornerstone Community Center Holiday Party, Zoo Party and Shoes for children of Nash Elementary School.
Government Affairs
Responsible for monitoring local, state and federal legislative and building codes issues affecting commercial property management.
Membership
Responsible for the recruitment of new members, conducting new member orientation sessions and promote BOMA membership.
Office Building of the Year (TOBY)
Seek entrants in the TOBY Competition, screen entrants and portfolios, and select qualified participants and judges.
Special Events Committee
Involved in planning of parties and social functions such as the Holiday Party, Trade Daze, Casino Party and Golf Tournament!
Trade Daze
Responsible for planning and coordinating annual trade show, development of theme, etc.
